I have been in the mortgage industry for 27 years, with previous management experience in Mortgages and Staffing. Each client provides me with a new set of circumstances. I have the experience to guide them through the home buying and refinance process, and I understand the importance of setting the proper expectations up front and always keeping the lines of communication open. With my knowledge, communication style, and work ethic, I do my very best to close every loan with the goal of making the experience a happy one for all.

I had a family of six that had to move quickly because their landlord was selling their home. The market was very competitive and they were going with a government-issued loan. The realtor worked diligently to find them a home before it went to the market. The ratios, funds to close, and the borrower’s timeline were all very tight. We had to work through each step of the loan one by one, and at times it seemed like it wouldn’t happen. We got through one thing and then another thing popped up. In the end, I closed the loan and the borrowers were extremely grateful. I get the greatest satisfaction from helping put people into their homes.

Originally born in Nebraska, I lived in the Philippines for a few years, where my dad worked at the Asian Development Bank as their Chief Economist. I have called Dublin, CA my home for the past 25 years. I have family all around the Bay area and enjoy spending time with them. My daughter is finishing up her undergraduate studies at UCD this December 2017 and plans to pursue a Master’s degree in nursing. This is one of my proudest moments as a parent. In my free time, I love to travel, dine out, exercise, and dabble in the kitchen.
